Education
Masters in Advanced Computer Science - Distinction (82%) from Liverpool Hope University
2021 - 2022
Developed new skills in modules such as Virtual Reality (Unity and C#), Internet of Things (Arduino C and Python), Big Data Analytics (Apache Pig and Linux), and Theoretical Computer Science.
Created a Proximal Policy Optimisation Reinforcement Learning AI in Python and TensorFlow to play Sonic the Hedgehog (1991) for my dissertation (achieved 92%).
I was also a course rep, where I had to attend regular meetings and interact with the students and ask for their feedback on how the course is being taught and handled.

Bachelor of Computer Science - 1st Class (70%) from Liverpool John Moores University
2018 - 2021
Management skills have improved at University by using a time planner to give me enough time to complete certain tasks so I can submit my work in respectable time.
Team working skills were enhanced when I was appointed as the leader of the Artificial Intelligence project for the Computer Science Workshop module.
Work well under pressure due to increased University deadlines, as I have to hand in work for multiple modules and needed to balance all my modules in order to get everything completed on time.

Project Examples
A Reinforcement Learning Artificial Intelligence created in Python and TensorFlow to train an agent to play the classic Sega video game as part of my Masters dissertation (achieved 92%).
PPO is a policy gradient method for Reinforcement Learning, and utilises Actor and Critic models.
The agent was trained for each level in the game; Labyrinth Zone was the best performing level, and StarLight Zone was the worst.

Culinary Planning made in Java
Recipe Finder system made in Java as part of my undergraduate dissertation project (achieved 68%).
Users input a fridge file and a recipe file, then the system calculates all the different recipes they can make with the food they have in.
The system then recommends a recipe based on the ingredient that expires the soonest.
